Accessibility
Assisted listening devices are available at all Frank Center and Studio Theater performances by calling ahead to the Box Office. All CATF performance spaces are handicapped accessible. Please let us know your needs when ordering your tickets.

Seating Policy
Frank Center performances have assigned seating. Studio Theater and the Center for Contemporary Arts performances are open seating. If you have special seating or access needs, please call ahead to the Box Office. Doors to the theaters open 30 minutes before each performance; will-call opens 60 minutes before the performance.

Late-comer Seating Policy
All performances start promptly at the appointed times. Late-comers at the Frank Center may be seated at an appropriate break in the play. PLEASE NOTE the Studio Theater and Center for Contemporary Arts theater CANNOT accommodate latecomer seating and tickets WILL NOT be refunded for lateness. Please come early to claim your seat!

Ticket Exchange Policy
Tickets can be exchanged up to 24 hours before curtain time for tickets to a different performance of the same play, subject to availability. All sales and contributions are final, there are no refunds.

Waiting List Policy
Waiting Lists will be started in the Box Office as soon as a show is sold out. Your name will be put on the list and you will be contacted if a seat opens up. If you wish to show up the day of a sold out performance, you may put your name on the list at will-call. Empty seats will be sold 10 minutes before curtain. You must be personally present to buy your ticket. Our motto - no empty seats!
